Why is this free?
Because putting a form in front of a worksheet would be one more thing asking something of a volunteer who is already doing unpaid work. There is no email capture, no account, and no “enter your details to download”. Click a file and it downloads.
The honest commercial answer: we make software for self-managed HOAs and condo associations, and boards tend to find us when they're ready rather than when we ask. These worksheets are useful whether or not you ever look at the product, and we'd rather be the people who wrote the thing your board actually uses than the people who traded it for an email address.
