Supported Languages

Nestingbird is available in six languages to serve diverse communities:

  • 🇺🇸 English
  • 🇪🇸 Español (Spanish)
  • 🇸🇦 العربية (Arabic)
  • 🇵🇱 Polski (Polish)
  • 🇵🇭 Tagalog
  • 🇨🇳 中文 (Chinese)

Every screen in the application — navigation, forms, buttons, notifications, and email communications — is translated into each supported language.

How to Switch

Look for the language selector at the bottom of the sidebar — it shows a gear icon and the name of your current language. Click it to open the dropdown, then select your preferred language. The page will reload in the new language immediately.

Your Preference Is Saved

When you switch languages while signed in, your choice is saved to your account. It follows you across devices and sessions — sign in from your phone, laptop, or a shared computer and Nestingbird loads in your language automatically.

If you're browsing without signing in — for example, viewing the public website or help center — your choice is saved in your browser so it persists across visits on that device.

Automatic Detection

If you haven't set a preference, Nestingbird uses your browser's language setting as a starting point. If your browser is set to Spanish, for example, Nestingbird will load in Spanish on your first visit. You can always override this by selecting a different language from the sidebar.

A Note for Board Members

Language is a per-user setting — each board member and homeowner chooses their own language independently. This means a board with members who speak different languages can all use Nestingbird comfortably, each in their own language. Invoices, email notifications, and the full interface adapt to each person's preference.

Plan Requirement

All six languages are available on every plan, including Basics. There's no additional cost for multilingual support.
